Summary

I am an Executive Coach with a Ph.D. in Psychology.  For seventeen years, I have been helping businesses and employees adjust to work issues, problems, and transitions.  I am skilled in assessments and am able to quickly understand what is necessary to assist employees with action plans to accomplish individual and organizational goals.
